0.00-0.10, Slow intro to track. Walking through Brighton lanes, intercutting between the boy and girl walking
0.10-0.16, Cut on the lyric "I feel the shadows hanging over", both walk past and then turn around and notice each other simultaneously
0.16-0.20, Her walking away, "To come and take me away" and the male following
0.20-0.25, Close up of male, "And I can feel my heart skip"
0.25-0.27, "Every time that I slip" the girl walks into a restaurant and sits down
0.27-0.30, " I want to run away" We see the boy follow the girl into the cafe

1.44-1.50 "I can feel my heart skip, everytime that I slip" he starts dancing with her
1.50-1.54 "I wanna run away", she grabs his arms and runs away dragging him"
1.54-2.09, Cuts to them at an abandoned area, she throws him a paint can and write "Closer" on the wall
2.09-2.37, zooms into males face and then montage edit of all previous activities
2.37-2.40, "I feel the shadows hanging over" We see the male watching the girl talking to another boy and being playful/close. Pushing etc
2.40-2.46, "Been waiting to come closer", Eyeline match between boy and girl while she talks to other boy, she flicks her hair and looks away

2.52-2.57, Male turning around and walking off
2.57-3.17, Male returns to previous locations such as café, derelict area, car park, spray paint. Montage edit of him fixing misdeeds, paying for the food, cleaning the fire, returning the car and scrubbing the spray paint. Throughout this his clothes change back to white.
3.17-3.22, Doug walking through the lanes happy, he walks past the girl with the new boy but doesn't notice them and carries on walking in all white

Group: Pitch Feedback

What was effective in terms of the pitch and presentation?

• Our presentation was organised well and we had prepared who was reading what so it was co-ordinated well
• Having some storyboard frames would of helped portray our ideas better
• Also the reverse idea could of been explained better using shot ideas and technical terms as this idea was found confusing to understand at first

What are the strengths of your concept?

• The use of colour for emotions will work well and provide with interesting visual effects
• Split screen frame of the girl and boy looking into the middle was considered one of our main shots
• Location recce helped express our ideas, good location for our concept

What are the areas for development?

• Finalizing our casting ideas, we have the a few candidates for the lead male role
• We need to reconsider the idea of reverse, was confusing for a lot of people 
• Need to think of specific example of the visual effects we plan to use

What are the key areas you need to test on your target audience?

• We need to test the idea of reverse to see if we should continue developing that idea or to just proceed with a narrative video
• Question the other forms of visual effects that could fit the song

Group: Pitch Progression

Pitch Progression

1. How is your pitch for A2 going to show progression from AS?

• We are hoping our pitch at A2 will used more developed ICT skills as well as having a stronger idea and plan for construction. 
• The pitch should also portray our ideas for more complex shot ideas and editing techniques we plan to try in construction. 
• At AS our concept was not fully developed when it came to pitching so this year we hope to be there before it is time to pitch. 
• Make sure locations, characters, props are all decided before the pitch. 

2. How are you going to show a cohesive band image across the three products?

• We will make sure there is recurring themes across the three products so there is a clear link. We think for our work this will be the use of dramatic bright colours on dark backgrounds.
• Significant props or characters will appear in all of the products, we will probably have our leading girl featuring in all three of our products. 
• The style and look of the products will be consistent and will follow our dance genre.
